Description: Many people and businesses are looking to enter the solar installation market. However, it is easier said than done. First, they need to understand the industry and what is involved in successfully running a solar installation business. Then, they need to determine the most appropriate business strategy for them to succeed. This workshop provides a comprehensive introduction to the various aspects of a solar installation business, providing a basic grounding for prospective entrants as well as some best practices for established installers. It also examines different business models for small to medium businesses to successfully enter or compete in the market.

PRESENTERS’ CURRENT POSITIONS AND EXPERTISE
Matt Ziskin is the Director of Marketing and Strategic Project Business Development at SunWize Technologies. Previously, He worked for SunWize parent company Mitsui USA, focusing on managing the solar panel supply chain. Matt obtained his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
